Privacy
We don't know who you are.
Ready Line is built so that responders can reach peer support, crisis hotlines, and confidential clinical intake without ever appearing in a dataset. Anonymous-by-design, not anonymous-by-policy.
What we do record
Anonymous, agency-tagged event counts
Each tap records an event name (e.g. GetHelp.HipaaClicked) plus the agency slug from the QR (e.g. dept=kcso). That is the entire payload.
Aggregate visit timestamps
Plausible Analytics records when events occur for trend reporting. Plausible is cookie-less, EU-hosted, and designed for GDPR/HIPAA-aware deployments.
What we never record
- Names or any user identifier
- Badge numbers, employee IDs, or department roles tied to a person
- IP addresses retained or tied back to a person (Plausible discards them after hashing for the same calendar day; we do not log or expose IPs)
- Device fingerprints or persistent device IDs
- Tracking cookies of any kind
- Form contents — the HIPAA intake form lives on the clinic's external system, never on Ready Line
- Call audio, transcripts, or call metadata — calls go to the carrier, not through Ready Line
Where data lives
Anonymous event counts are sent to Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a cookieless analytics service. Plausible is the only third party we send data to. The HIPAA intake form is hosted by the clinic of record for each agency — Ready Line links to it but does not see its contents.
Ready Line is operated by iThrive AI™, LLC, a Texas Veteran-Owned Business verified by the Texas Veterans Commission.
